Rain Drops

“May the raindrops fall lightly on your brow. May the soft winds freshen your spirit. May the sunshine brighten your heart. May the burdens of the day rest lightly upon you, and may God enfold you in the mantle of His love.”
~Irish Blessings

In Search for Winter Boots

I am very particular when it comes time to buy shoes, and I really don't like shopping for them either. I love all types of shoes, but I can't wear high heels shoes, and the thing is most of the beautiful shoes are in high heels

My favorite kind of shoes has gotten to be wide width, and flat bottom! Usually, it will take me months before I can actually purchase a pair that I'm comfortable wearing. No one has ever attempted to give me shoes as a gift since they know how choosy I am.

Purple Sunday

I am going back, way back in my older folder on my computer, and found these pictures of purple flowers.

These beautiful flowers are absolutely gorgeous, and my folder dated sometime in April. So these are Spring flowers, but as long as they are pretty to look at, who cares?

All Purple

There are so many different flowers that look similar to one another. So as soon as I learn of one, I stumble on another. It's very refreshing to know and learn new things.

Child Proof Your Home

Child safety is one of the most important things a parent can do to protect their offspring. It starts from the inside of the home to the outside. The more we prepare, the better it is for our children to grow without too many incidents.

Images for the Last Week of September

These pictures were taken on the same day as the hot pink ones, and at the same supermarket. I like these little flowers with their soft pink and white combination. As best and as quick as I can, I snap the photos!

Bring on the Sun

Yellow Chrysanthemum

We were out to a soccer game two days ago at 2:00 pm, sitting in the middle of a bright day, and shivering when the wind kicked up. It was chilly and my thought traveled to warmer places like California, Texas, Florida, and Arizona.

Images for the Third Week of September

Hot Pink Ladies

I saw these flowers in a supermarket, and the hot pink color was just spectacular. Though the light was dull and I thought my pictures wouldn't turn out, I was happy to see them clear and in focus.

Search for Coupons to Save Money While Shopping

I am a faithful coupons clipper, since they can add extra savings on my grocery bills. Living frugal is the name of the game for our family, and it only takes a few minutes per week to collect the coupons before starting my shopping.

I knows that I can save money with coupons when shopping for our daily essentials. Nowadays, I can even find discount codes, coupon codes, or online coupons by searching, and this website below has an extensive list of coupon categories for me to choose from.

A Touch of Colors

A Touch of Pink on Top of the Cloud

We are definitely going into Fall season since the weather is changing quite drastically by 7:00 pm. It is much chillier, and darker.

Pink Clover

“A family is a place where minds come in contact with one another. If these minds love one another the home will be as beautiful as a flower garden. But if these minds get out of harmony with one another it is like a storm that plays havoc with the”

Water Drops on Pink Snapdragon Flowers

I love seeing water drops on flowers and things. I think it is pretty and challenging at times to try capturing the perfect water drops.

These snapdragon flowers are growing in pots along the side of my house, and when they are in blooms, they are just beautiful.

Just You and I

I really don't know which angle is best to take pictures of snapdragons, so I try to find different spots around the flowers until I get the photos that I want.

Glass Racks or Cupboards?

My youngest sister is the only one in the family that enjoys a glass of wine at the end of her day. She has a beautiful wine glass rack under her cabinet space. This rack accentuates the decor of her kitchen, and the glasses sparkle when the light is on.

Ovation Credit Repair is a website founded by attorneys, and offers help in many areas such as collections, late payments, charge-offs, bankruptcies, judgments, liens, inquiries, foreclosures, repossessions, identity theft, and incorrect personal information. They can help you to fix credit.

Angry Cloud

Would you believe that with this dark cloud dangling over our heads, we the devoted parents of these young soccer players still have to sit out at the soccer field?

This dark cloud is a blessing for us all though since we are not burnt under the hot sun, so we really don't mind it at all.

Coming Forward

Since started blogging, I have seen so many amazing pictures of the sky, which inspire me to enjoy watching the sky more often than before. It is amazing to find so many beautiful things all around us.

Hidden in the Grass

I found this little bee in the tall grass at a soccer field, and was glad that I didn't step on him. The field on that day was full of bees sneaking in the grass to work on these clovers.

Sometimes, sitting out in the bare field is quite boring so I diverse my attention on other things that I enjoy such as watching for the cloud, the sun, or looking for small pleasure like this to entertain myself during the two hours waiting for my son.

Trade Show Exhibit

When we were looking to expand and remodel our house, we attended a trade show exhibit at our local city. Boy, was I ever impressed with so many things to see, and information to learn. We came home with bag full different things to think about.

Home shows are fun to attend. I get to see many different choices from roofing, flooring, bath tubs, faucets, windows, doors, to appliances and many other things. Vendors were at every turn of the huge space, and we gathered as much information as we could for our typical needs.

Colors of the Sky

Hot Day

When we got to the soccer field, the sky greeted us with these amazing colors, and beauty. Five days out of seven, I am sitting and waiting for JoJo's soccer practices or scrimmages to end. I don't mind really since I use these times to stay away from my computer, from household chores, and really relaxing!

A Little Bit about Mesothelioma

I have not heard of mesothelioma before I come across this site, and giving the fact that I am interesting in health, I have to check it out for myself.

So what is mesothelioma? According to Wikipedia, mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer where the malignant cells develop in the mesothium, a protective lining that covers the internal organs. This cancer is found in people who are exposed by inhaling asbestos particles, dust, and fiber or in other ways.

Fun With Photoshop

Exploring Gray Scale Effect

The pictures are a series of really bad photos that I took of the butterfly bush. I had one of those days when the light, the wind, and the camera were not in harmony with each other.

Sport Boy JoJo

In my family, soccer is the sport! My three kids all started at the age of 3, 4, and 5 learning to play soccer, and for some reasons, they are all good at it. It comes natural to them, and they love this game more than any other sport.

Now the two older kids are no longer playing, JoJo still is, and he breaks the record in the house. He is the only one that is on two soccer teams, an AYSO team, and a traveling team. His soccer trophies are all over the house.

Queen Anne's Lace

If you are interesting in knowing more about Queen Anne's Lace, Judy Sheldon have written a comprehensive article called The Story of Queen Anne's Lace.

Tickets Galore at ACheapSeat.Com

Back in the days when my children were younger, we used to buy live performance tickets at the box office, or through the school organized field trips. Such shows from Sesame Street, Disney, or Barnum circus are so much fun to attend.

Last year, we bought Disney On Ice Tickets through my sister's community organizers, and we had a blast. JoJo had a chance to experience live performance with kids and adults at the same time. Since we were close to the stage, it was very cold for us, and luckily we wore our jackets. It was a spectacular show!
