Images For the Last Week of November

I am very sure this flower below is African daisy, because I saw it on Betchai's blog, and though the colors are different, the shape and the petals are the same.

Watch Me Grow

I saw this flower on the church's ground where my nephew goes to school. There are many colors of this African daisy around the building, and they come in white, yellow, and deep orange. Today, I will just post this white African daisy.

Light Features

I saw these shadows of the lights on the outside of some building, and their shapes were just very captivating to see. It's hard for me to pass by without taking the pictures.

Moon Pictures

These are just a few of my moon pictures collection. The moon looks much better in real life since my camera didn't bring it justice.

Littlest Pond

These beautiful flowers lived in the tiniest little pond in front of Ocean and Sea Pet Shop. Though the pond was man made, it still added so much charm to the entrance, and enticed curiosity for customers to stop by.

Empire Mixed Flowers

For today Ruby Tuesday, I'm featuring my red summer empire flower. This flower comes in many different colors, and it is continuously blooming throughout the summer, way into early winter also.

I had this flower in red, deep purple, pink, and white. When it is dried, I broke it off, and another branch would grow.

Another Online Shopping Trip

Have you ever shopped at Lou Lou's Corner? It's a website to shop for the entire family. I know I'm pushing it with my online shopping endeavors, but in just two days we will be celebrating Thanksgiving, and before we know it, Christmas is knocking at the door.

Clear Bowl Patterns

This series is the last of my Thrift Store trip adventure. Yes, I was worried about the shop workers asking me to stop re-organizing their items for shadows or stop taking pictures all together, but I took my chances. I just couldn't pass up this opportunity.

Check Out Dogged Health if You Have a Question

I haven't met too many people who didn't like dogs; only two out of 10 would prefer not to have a pet, because their life styles are not suitable to have a canine companion.

I grew up with two dogs in the house, and have experienced their loyalty, loving, and protective manners. After having my own children and was constantly under pressure to get a puppy from them, we had quite a few dogs throughout the years.

Images For the Third Week of November

Can you guess what these fuzz balls are? They were wild flowers at one time at the beginning of Fall. Now, these were what they look like.

A Bunch

We often forget to take into account that all flowers are beautiful when they were blooming, but if you notice, they are also pretty at the end of their lives.

Fun With Photos

Okay, I'm desperate now that there are no flowers to take pictures, so I'm stalking the flowers section in my supermarket. Once in a while, I actually see something unique, like these flowers or plants below.

Original Picture

I saw this unique and strange looking flower/plant arranging among many different flowers. My first reaction was to take a picture despite the lighting in the store. Out of ten shots, I ended up with just three photos.

Your Blog Can Earn Extra Revenue

One year ago, I started my first blog for one purpose, and that was to promote my articles I have written for different websites. Little did I know that I could have Revenue Sharing on my blog. Above all, I have no clues on how to Promote Blog.

It really does not matter to me since I enjoy writing much more than earning pennies. After a few posts, I realized that blogging is like a personal diary online. It is my space to voice my opinions, sharing ideas, learning from others, and allowing my blog to take on its own personality.

Plants

Most of the bushes have turned colors, and here are what I found for my subject. They didn't have the ruby red that I would like to have; nevertheless they were red.

Begin Your Shopping Online

Have you begun your Christmas shopping yet? This seems to be the question that I've been asked every time I see someone. My answer is usually not yet, and I don't get into that Holiday shopping spirit at all.

First of all, I like to shop online since I can compare prices for the items I want at my finger tips. This saves me time, and fuel cost. I like the conveniences of browsing the internet to make my wish list. There are so many shops that offer free both ways shipping at this time of the year.

Patterns

I saw these patterns on the shelf at a local Thrift Store, and despite the poor lighting condition, I was determined to take some Shadow Shot pictures.

Funny how I find myself thinking about all the themes that I've recently joined when I'm out hunting for pictures. I noticed that I'm constantly looking for Reflection, Scenic, Red, Yellow, Sky Watch, Watery, or Shadow subjects for my shots.

Images For The Second Week of November

This year I had some very strange zinnia flowers growing, and theirs heads were full of squiggle strings, but there were no petals at all.

Though they didn't have petals like others, they had their own unique look, and just as pretty as other zinnias.

At first, I was waiting to see if the petals were coming, but as each day went by, all I could see were these squiggle all around the flowers.

Through The Trees

We were blessed with a mild weather this week, so I went outside to do yard work whenever I could. After managing to get six bags of leaves together, as I look up, I saw this beautiful colors of the sky through all the tree branches.

The leaves have already fallen, showing the bare branches! The amazing colors of the sky behind the tree branches are just so beautiful.

Hanging Cherries

Are these called cherries? I don't know! I saw them hanging, and they are red. Therefore, they are perfect for Ruby Tuesday.

Dream Along With Me

If you were asked where would you want to go or what would you want to do, do you know your answers? I knew mine! I'm a big fan of Argentina's soccer club, and taking Tours in Argentina would be a dream comes true.

I would love to Travel to Argentina to see this beautiful country, and learn about another culture. Now, if you want to dream along with me, you can click on any links in this post, and it will be like being in another country. It is good for me to use my imagination and escape my real world for a bit.

While I will be attending all the soccer matches that I can, you can pamper yourself at one of the Hotels in Buenos Aires, or Hotels in El Calafate. Maybe you and I could meet up at another city since I am sure we will find at least one of the Hotels in Argentina to spend the night.

I have many dreams, and travel is one of them! There is so much to see, learn, and enjoy in this world. It would be wonderful if we could travel around the globe leisurely. When I was a child, I used to look at magazines and dreamed about the places that I would go, clothes that I would wear, then just lost myself in that make believe world.

I'm older now, and I know what it takes to get to those dreams. Sometimes, it is possible, but other times priorities come first. I hope you have fun dreaming along with me.

Wet and Dry

Diane AZ at Desert Colors has many great posts on Shadow Shots, and she has inspired me to look for some pictures of shadow.

The pictures below are what I took this morning around the yard! The sun hits them just right and I love the morning dews on these leaves.

Looking for That Perfect Car

My daughter turned 19 this summer, and with that we had to shop for a used car. Our budget was low, but I knew that if we look long and hard enough we would find a decent car in our price range.

At first we aimed for small or compact car after taking into consideration for fuel cost. We looked at Hyundai since they have a great reputation for what we can afford. We test drove the Sonata and Elantra, but she liked the Hyundai Accent 3 doors HB. I had to admit that this car was sporty looking and pretty nice.

We went on to look at other cars, and I remembered looking at chrysler small models. She couldn't decide on one and her budget wasn't sufficient enough to cover for what she really wanted. We spent almost every other day test drove many cars since buying a car was a big decision for her.

One day, we decided to live out our fantasy, and went to test drive mercedes benz cars knowing full well that it was way out of our league! We took the mercedes benz glk on the road, and lived our dream for a few minutes. The car drove so smooth that we didn't want to go back to the dealer. It was beautiful and expensive.

After a month and a half searching for the perfect car, she found hers! The car runs and does what it supposed to do. She bought an old car in her budget, but she was happy with her decision.

Images For the First Week of November

Early this morning I took a walk around the yard to see what have to be done for the weekend. Besides lots dead branches and leaves I have to rake, I saw that the leaves all have some frost on them.

They were beautiful, sparkle, and look like sugar coating on them! So the camera was put to good use.

Bright Red

This branch had that bright red color on it and the frost decorated around the edges of each leaf. It was cold! I think it was only in the 40 this morning.

A Touch of Black

Everywhere I look, there was some new things to see, and new color of leaves to take pictures. You can see the formation of ice on some of the petals.

A Touch of Orange

As I was snapping the pictures, I noticed that the frost is slowly disappearing with the sun coming up. Only the edges of the petals remained like sugar coated.

A Touch of Yellow

You can see that this branch had a light orange color to it, but as the sun spotted on some petals, they looked as if they are yellow.

Melting Slowly

The frost melt into water drops on some of petals. I find pleasure in seeing ordinary things like these branches of leaves, especially when they were kissed by the frost to give me such a joy to see.
