Blue Flowers
These flowers are blue, aren't they? Some will argue that they are lavender or periwinkle, but I think they are closer to blue. Needless to say, they are gorgeous flowers!
I think I saw them at a park some times last year, and at that moment I didn't know that there was a meme called Blue Monday. Well, I didn't know any meme at all.

These flowers were very small, and in order to take a great close-up, I ended up with many photos. Putting them in a collage is the best way to show them off altogether.
Here is a close-up and if anyone know what this flower is called, please do tell. I love learning flower names, even if I can't remember them all.
What could be better on a flower than water drops? I find it very challenging to capture perfect water drops, and still trying to do so whenever I have an opportunity.

I don't know what they are, but they sure are pretty. I love the collage.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! Looks like a hardy geranium of some kind. The flowers on the garden variety are reasonably large, about an inch and a half across? But some of the wild ones are really small, perhaps not even a centimetre. Pretty though, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteThey are exceptional. Happy Blue Monday.
ReplyDeleteThis are pretty blue flowers perfect for blue Monday. See you in my place..
ReplyDeleteHi! Love the colour of these flowers - they are a type of cranesbill in the geranium family - go here for more info
