Bountiful White Berries
I saw these white berries along the cut off at my son's soccer field! They were so white and beautiful. It looked to me as if they were a favorite fruit for some kinds of critters. Though while I was there, I see none!
Along this soccer field there were so many things to discover, but you wouldn't see them if you were not close enough or looked for them. On busy days, I walked by and thought of this area as a jungle, but on days that I slowed down, I saw these deliciously looking white berries.
These berries looked so much like white apples, but I'm sure they were meant for critters, and not human. When you take time to look for beautiful things in our world, you will see them everywhere.

I love the idea that the little "critters" have something so pretty to nibble on.

I took the apples, and berries are not edible
ReplyDeleteThey're bush dogwood berries and the berries are toxic (to people anyways).
ReplyDeleteThese are so sweet looking and I've seen them around but do not know what they are. You've captured them so beautifully.
ReplyDeleteWe can't eat them but the birds love them. They're lovely.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen white berries like those. So very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYou have a good eye and routinely capture the best shots. Great job.
