Blue Jar
This blue jar/container is my thrift store find, and I am using it to hold my pencils/pens. Thanks to Sally at Smiling Sally, I'm now looking for blue "things" to shoot, or in this case, buy!
It was a steal in my book, since I only had to pay 50 cents for it, and it was in perfect shape! Some time I hid chocolate candies from the kids in it, and nobody knew!
Have a great week, everyone..
Joining Blue Monday!!

I love your blue bowl and will give it a home if you ever decide to give it up. I have a collection of tiny cats in Dresden colors (blue ink on white). Each one is different. They cost about $5 each, which is OK for a collection, don't you think so?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blue and gold pattern. Sometimes the best things are the ones that cost the least.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Anything that will hide your chocolate must be a bargain! LOL Thanks for sharing your blues.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday.
It's a really pretty jar! I love finding things like this when going to thrift stores.
ReplyDeleteIf that jar was mine I would stock it well with Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.
What a pretty jar - and you can't beat the price.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blues..such a gorgeous treasure!! Wonderful!
ReplyDeletePretty jar, and design. I learned to shop for under a buck too. Garage sales. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou were smart in getting this jar at that price. It is a perfect blue for today. I take a lot of pictures of things in blue, that I never buy.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful -- and at a wonderful price. I always have to hide my chocolate so this would be perfect -- LOL. If I don't hide it the kids eat it all up on me!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower -- Happy Blue Monday!

Great vase, and how clever to hid candy in it! Happy Blue Monday and many Blessings, Debbie
ReplyDeleteThis is a great looking vase. You did get a great deal on it.
ReplyDeleteLove the pattern. It looks like it might be a collectors item. It would have cost at least $2. in my thrift stores. Great catch!!
